• Special offers on mobile phones and modems
• Devices come with free voice and data bundles
Integrated telecommunications services provider Orange has launched yet another offer for its customers during this Valentine’s season. Starting today, specific mobile phones and data devices will be on offer at discounted prices.
Chief Corporate Communications Officer Maureen Sande says offers such as these demonstrate the company’s commitment to give customers more reason to appreciate the value proposition from Orange.
“We aim at making our customers happy, and with these exciting offers in the Valentine’s month, we are sharing in the spirit of gifting,” she said.
Entry level mobile devices will retail for as low as KSh 1,999, with KSh 200 airtime while data enabled phones will be sold for as low KSh 5,999. The company’s CDMA modem will retail at KSh 3,999, one thousand shillings lower than the normal price. Moreover, the modem on offer will come with a free one week unlimited internet offering.
“We had launched a similar campaign late last year, where a series of low cost but high quality devices were on offer to our customers after the government’s move to ensure that Kenyans purchased only genuine devices,” said Ms. Sande.
This offer comes hot on the heels of another ongoing promotion in which Orange is giving 25% bonus airtime with each top up made, using any of the top up channels at the subscriber’s disposal: scratch cards, Orange Money and through the provider’s e-top service e-jaze. The bonus airtime, that is valid for seven days, can be used to access data, make on-net and off-net calls as well as send text messages.
