Luxury motor dealer RMA Kenya has raised the standards of customer experience for the upper-income level class by unveiling a state-of-the-art showroom at Delta Towers in Westlands, Nairobi. The new showroom which has been inspired by Jaguar Land Rover’s luxury and comfort is designed to exude elegance and strength with clients set to experience interactive service delivery
RMA Kenya CEO Mr. Sanjiv Shah believes the new showroom demonstrates RMA’s commitment and passion that is reflective of the high standards consistent with the brands they are representing. "The RMA operating philosophy is based on Innovation, Integrity and Endurance in which all interaction with our clients is based. This showroom is designed based on JLR’s global standards that offer clients a world class motor service experience,” said Mr. Shah Mr. Shah who was flanked by JLR Sub Saharan Africa Operations Director, Mr. Nigel Clark stated that the firm's efforts will focus on creating an enduring relationship with its customers which will enable Jaguar Land Rover users experience the brand promise. “With the opening of the showroom, RMA has demonstrated its commitment to providing a new level in customer experience that promises interaction, speedy response and great service in a luxurious premises,” added Mr. Shah.
Mr. Nigel Clark stated that opportunity and growth in the Kenyan economy is the reason behind RMA’s entrance in the Kenyan market. “There is high demand for luxury products in Kenya due to growth in the economy and existence of RMA in the market is not only an extension their operations worldwide but also response to the demand for JLR products.” The interior of the showroom features a large lounge area where customers can relax and served with refreshments as they wait to be attended to, a service area where customers get personalized engagement with a sales representative, intimate negotiating areas, VIP meeting areas and a show area where customer experience the vehicles.
“We want to offer better value for money which cannot be achieved by purchase of second hand vehicles. 27 units have already been delivered as from August this year and plenty of orders are on the pipeline” Said Mr. Sanjiv. The new showroom is supported by a fully integrated service infrastructure and comprehensive parts supply. RMA Kenya in May unveiled an ultra modern fleet workshop based in Nairobi’s Industrial Area on Kampala Road.
RMA is offering the full range of Land Rover, Range Rover and Jaguar vehicles in their new showroom including the latest models in the market. In September, RMA launched the fourth generation Range Rover and is expected to unveil the all new Range Rover Sport before end year.
