Resolution Insurance has
launched its newly revamped website that will offer integrated services to its
consumers with an enhanced mechanism of searching for medical service providers. The site which can be
accessed by logging on to www.resolution.co.ke is responsive across
all devices (mobile, tablets, desktops).
Making the announcement
during their 10th year celebration gala, Resolution Insurance CEO
Peter Nduati said: “We have enhanced the site to be easier for consumers to
navigate their way through the website, be responsive across mobile and
computer devices and enhanced mechanism of searching for Medical service
provider.”
The site offers a boost
to the technology the General insurer has in place as it offers easy
navigation, platform for real-time web-based quoting system, online payment and
a saving application from the web to core IT system. Resolution Insurance
also launched its web services, Sales Online that will see enhanced interaction
with brokers, providers and clients.
Resolution Insurance
have also partnered with an online company -My Health, who provide the wellness
and living content available on the revamped site. My health works with Ask a Doc - a team of
healthcare professionals to provide more resources, information and advice
required. A BMI calculator can also be accessed on the site. The dinner was attended
by over 100 corporate and individual members who joined the firm in 2003 and
2004 as well as members of the Resolution Board and Management.
